I should like to apply for the position of Manageress that was advertised in the Classified Section of the Business Post on 14 July 2000. With the experience I have gained in the last fifteen years in the retail food trade, working in Hong Kong and Britain, as a manageress and assistant, I believe I am sufficiently qua lified to apply for the position.
During this period I have held a number of management positions at retail outlet s specialising in the supply of luxury food items. This experience has helped me to learn how to deal with staff, and handle the day-to-day running of a large o utlet. It has also given me an awareness of international food tastes, and a fam iliarity with the process of purchasing delicatessen supplies |
